I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kroll (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2016
Interview
I had two phone interviews. one was with an Analyst and the other was with the VP. They flew me out for a super day round of interviews with a few other candidates. We had dinner with them the night before the interview and then had three interviews the next day with different people in the office.

a first screening phone call to talk about previous experience and then two rounds of Behavorials questions plus a few technical questions of the valuation process and general real estate knowledge
Phone interview, panel interview and 1:1 with hiring manager. Very few technical questions, mostly on previous experience and social involvement. In person interview and panel took about 3 hours. Received an offer a few days later.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Interested mostly in how you fit into the company culture and your educational background. Less technical and more weighted on personality.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kroll (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2020
Interview
Very simple process. Interviews are very behavioral based. Seems like they were mostly trying to judge fit over skill. Received offer around a week after interviewing. Smooth process overall and fast moving.
