Interview
I was a former student for about 8 years (I know right?)
The instructor at the center had already knew me pretty well by then, seen I was decent enough at math to teach. I didn't even really get an interview, she just gave me paperwork to fill out and let me start.
1. It was a brief phone call it figure out a schedule whether you can come in to taken an exam.
2. Ones you complete the exam, they will let you know if you are right for the position.
There is an application submission, brief interview, basic math/reading assessment, discussion of availability and responsibilities, possible training session, then hiring decision based on communication skills, accuracy, and ability to work with children.

Interview
Lighthearted and fun conversation! The boss was very polite and informative on the position and explained a lot about the structure and students. Once on the job, I cultivated an engaging and interactive classroom environment that ignited students' enthusiasm for learning. By tailoring teaching methods to individual learning styles, I fostered a strong sense of interest and participation in the subjects at hand
