Applied online and received an email to set up a phone interview the same week. This consisted of behavioural type questions and specific examples on how you would sell your favourite L'Oreal product.
I did not hear back for a couple weeks at which point I was called in for an interview with the District Sales Manager.

Thorough and professional with clear expectations and room for dialogue. Good overall experience. Exactly what I expected from a highly matrixed organization. It was a good, solid interview format with a very competent recruitment agent.
