The recruiter reached out to me via email and scheduled an initial Microsoft Teams interview with the program manager, which lasted about 30 minutes or so and consisted mostly of a casual discussion regarding my background and why I was leaving my current employer.
The second interview was a technical interview (also via Teams) with the site lead and several techs. It consisted of about 10 to 15 questions regarding electro-optical sensor theory and other related stuff. It wasn't difficult, and I was familiar with the majority of it, but I couldn't immediately recall a few details off the top of my head.
The entire process from the recruiter's first contact to receiving an offer letter took only 20 business days. The compensation offered was pretty solid for the local area ($38/hr) and around what I requested. The benefits look great too (9/80 work schedule, unlimited PTO etc), and it sounds like there's a possibility of relocating to several other work sites if you're interested in that.
