Friendly and straight forward. I was going for spin so setting up the bike, verbal cues, music and lots of enthusiasm was shown. Manager gave good feedback and I was hired on the spot.
Great interview and a lot of in-depth questions. Had to discuss my knowledge as well as show practical techniques. If you know what you are talking about the interview should be a breeze.

It was a standard audition process. Demo 3 different formats. Schedule openings discussed. Bring copies of all certifications including CPR. Hiring process began quickly thereafter. I ended up not taking the offer because covid lock down began right after.
