Contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn, followed by a phone screening, then an interview with the hiring manager via WebEx and a panel interview thereafter. Was told that everything went well and a case study may follow. When a case study did not follow, I followed up with the recruiter a week later and then again a month later, only to be told there was no new information available. I received a formal decline email 3 weeks after my last reach out, which was a month and a half after my final interview. The entire process range was from January 2023 to April 2023.

Multiple rounds of interviews. Everyone was extremely kind and informative. The whole process took about 2 months and I was confident I’d receive a job offer. However, I did not and felt my time was wasted.
