Incredibly frustrating process Incredibly qualified currently at a well-known firm 6x interviews Final interview they wanted a long presentation case study prepared. Worked on it for 2 days and it was one of my best. The presentation went excellent with excellent feedback. Fast forward a week and I email the recruiter and told not moving forward. Waste of two months and then the jobs are just reposted. I believe they like to get a brain dump from folks, and they don't actually intend to hire for the job. Someone there told me that the rec was never approved. I can't believe I considered leaving a top tier consulting firm for this
