I had answered all the questions and interviewer was satisified with the coded solution for the questions. Still got rejection mail. There's no transaprenncy at all. Even if your interview goes well, there is no interview that u will get selected.

First Online Assessment(Aptitude, verbal ability) followed by Technical Interview(resume and DSA based and sometime sql also) and then HR Interview(general hr questions).
