I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2016
Interview
I applied for the Project Manager Position. I was called a few hours later to schedule an in-person interview. I had a total of 9 in-person interviews, which seemed a bit much for an entry-level position. I was asked to submit a Power Point, complete several timed tests, and a write an essay. I also had to call-off work multiple times for the in-person interviews. I was then called and asked to set up a FaceTime interview with one more C-Suite manager. The C-Suite manager was texting me the whole night and kept moving the time of the FaceTime interview around. I was finally contacted the next day saying that final manager wanted to go "in a different direction". When I expressed my surprise, and asked for additional feedback, I was told that they could not give me any feedback. This process was completely unprofessional and I would not want to work for a company who treats people like this.

It was really quick and casual. I interviewed before the long process they make you go through now. I originally interviewed as an external candidate for some of their job openings, but they thought I'd be an internal fit.
