I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2017
Interview
Initially, I was brought in to interview for external positions. During my first interview, they asked me if I would consider applying for an internal recruiting position. The position seemed interesting to me so I said yes. I then interviewed with a couple other members of the team. Each person I had really comfortable conversations with each person who interviewed me and I really liked the presentation of the office. I was brought back in for a second interview where I spoke with one woman who was very poised and professional. I knew during this interview that I really wanted to work for LaSalle Network. I was asked to complete a PowerPoint presentation and read an article written by the CEO, Tom Gimbel. After this, I was brought in for a third interview. I talked to five different people, all of which were very friendly and easy to talk to. I felt after my third interview that I would fit really well at LaSalle.
