I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Jan 2019
Interview
I applied on their website to be an Underwriter Intern. There was a long online assessment that involved multitasking, reading emails, listening to voicemails, vocabulary, math, and agree/disagree statements. I was offered a phone screen a little over a week after that. I had one phone screen with an HR representative, where she explained the position and asked me behavioral questions. The process was quick. I got rejected a week after. I thought the interview went well, not sure why I was rejected. Likely, there was a stronger candidate, as they were only looking to fill one position.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2025
Interview
There were two interviews. One with an HR Campus Recruiter and another with the department I worked with. There were no technical questions asked. Most were "Tell me about a time..."

My application led to a phone interview, involving a resume discussion and behavioral questions. Despite my efforts, the interview ended without an offer, highlighting the need for continued improvement. It was something to learn from.
