Lids Assistant Manager interview questions

Interview arranged at the local store at 4pm. When I arrived at 3:45, one associate in the store knew nothing about it. Change of shift at 4pm comes and the closing knows nothing either, so she contacts a manager who has her do the interview with me on the spot while helping customers. After continuously being interrupted, I offered to come back at a better time, but the employee actually closed the doors for business to complete the interview with me. A week later, after all that, and not hearing back from anyone, I called and spoke to a manager. The store actually had my resume sitting out on the counter and offered to call me back with more information. The next day I tried calling him back but the phone just kept rang and rang. The following day, I left a message for him to call back, but never heard back from him. Either way, just disorganized and unprofessional.

it was easy. they mainly want to see how personable you are. if you have an upbeat attitude and like taking to people, this is the job for you. you'll have to do lots of cleaning and inventory but other than that the embroidery machine is fun
