I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lids (Albany, GA)
Interview
Applied online and received a call for an interview about a week later. Interview took 9 minutes. Took place right in middle of store. Interview went great. The manager even said that herself. Said she was going to call her dm and would get back to me. I never heard from her again. Not sure what happened, I felt sure I had the job after how well it went. The manager even said I answered questions better than any other candidate and had answers no one else had. Very disappointing. Everything else about the actual interview was awesome though.

Walked around the area and discussed the job in detail. Was told how to act around customers and what to do during intense situations. The manager asked me to talk about a skill that'll help with the job but isn't on my resume.
Had the interview in the mall food court so it was noisy hard to hear at times Asked questions on my you want to work at lids. Sort of difficult interview for such a low paying job it's like I was interving to be president
