Easy... They just want someone who's willing to work as many hours as possible without complaining. They also tell you what they want to hear so that you can repeat it back to them and get the answer correct - that's their early on training so that you can become a drone.

Very quick online process everyone was great, seeing all the lovely locations in the possibilities are awesome not to mention a free membership as a company benefit is a wonderful additive and motivating point of working for this company
The interview process was extensive and thorough. I appreciated the importance the company placed on hiring the right individuals for it's sales positions. I interviewed with several different individuals at different levels within the organization.

I was seen immediately, very professional, but when I asked questions, I wasn't given specific answers and it was rather frustrating, more like "I'll get back to you on that". Even when I followed up, I was told "I'm sorry but I haven't gotten an answer from my boss, he's always traveling"
