Video process was relatively easy, standards questions they would ask for any childcare role, online training post hire is like 40 hours though, comes with free membership/nice perks so can’t complain — most kids academy employees are high school/college kids

They were super nice and energetic interviewers. They asked me follow-up questions to my answers. Make sure you know the mission statement they will ask how you align with it.
