I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2015
Interview
There are two steps to the interview process. The first one involves watching a video about the company and taking a test called the Watson, which is based on reasoning, and a spelling test. Not many people pass so the process stops here for most. If you do pass, they email or call you to come in for a second time. The second interview involves you showing the interviewer how you would teach one-on-one based on a real lesson. Then you have a brief meeting with the Center Director for a traditional interview.
