I was contacted fairly quick to set up a phone interview after I submitted my resume online, unfortunately I was ruled out because a family member works in the department I applied for.

Standard interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary.
Easy, Just be yourself and show that you ready to be far from family for an extent time. Also be on time , have positive attitude. Be self starter with basic computer skills

Interview
plain and simple, nothing was hard to answer got the feeling right off the bat they just needed a warm body . I think a 1st graded could have asked more detail questions and been more informative about there company than the people I spoke with. this is a place that's going down hill fast.
