I interviewed with the department at the specific location of the job in New Jersey. It was very quick and easy. There was nothing out of the blue, all normal interview questions.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Live Nation Entertainment (Beverly Hills, CA)

It was fine. I was told I was overqualified even though my experience was on par with the job responsibilities. Feels like they did not want to pay a professional what they are worth, even though the business is making an insane amount of money.
I had two other professional acquaintances who are employees promised to get me interviews in different departments, which seems like the only way to really get a in with this company. Both of these individuals rescinded their offers when I declined their sexual advances.

Pretty basic stuff. I know I nailed it, The interviewer and I ended up having an amazing conversation about the music industry. But again, I was told I was overqualified.
