Applied online. Got a link for an online assessment. The assessment was pretty easy. Basic data structures, expected output of some programs and the famous six degrees of separation puzzle.
After clearing the assessment I was asked to give a date for a phone interview.
I dont think they are serious about the hiring process. Its mostly related to getting some publicity.

Question 1
The phone interview was easy although the interviewer did not seem interested in conducting the interview. Asked how would you manage a hashmap for a huge dataset. And there was the 1,2,x,y puzzle some people mentioned about. I think I did well in the interview but got a reject the next morning.

straightforward when i was there. phone screen and an onsite. the on site is whiteboarding algorithms. there is also system design and behavioral sessions. they respond quickly afterward. great team.
