Living Spaces Customer Service Representative interview questions

There were three representatives during the interview process, the assistant Store manager, the Sales manager, and a supervisor. The basically asked questions about our previous employer and asked what interests we have. They explained the benefits the company provides and also gave a brief history of how it got started. They were mainly focused on attendance, punctuality and work ethic.

First step is interview with managers. If you pass the interview, they make you take a drug test and if you pass that, you basically got the job. It usually takes about a week or two for them to review and decide. You should receive an email with the results (if you passed or not), and answer all calls from either 877 or 714. Usually where they call from.
