Video interview with 4 people. They asked 4 formal questions with some additional informal follow up questions after to expand upon my responses more. Overall a good interview process but I was ghosted after.

What is one project that you worked on from start to finish and what did you do
60 minute Panel interview followed by interview with principle engineer. Talked about my experiences and how it relates to the roll. It was not difficult, more behavioral than technical I would say

The interview was set up during a college recruiter event. after waiting in line, I sat down with a hiring manager and discussed my resume and my previous experiences concerning aerospace engineering, and what I was currently learning in school.
