Applied online and received an email few days later to set up phone call. Phone call goes over job description and resume. They want to see if you're really looking to work here and what you want out of this opportunity. If everything works out they set up an interview there and then. At the beginning, you take an assessment which has brief questions about accounting and tech. It's really there to make sure you are what you say you are. It doesn't hurt to research and take some time to familiarize yourself with accounting and tech. It's in the job description. Those who prep and want the job will get it. I had two interview the same day, first was Human Resources. They are very nice and very open. Ask questions related to the resume. They'll ask about your experience and what you want out of this career. After the first interview, if they like what they heard, they'll bring in another manager/supervisor. The second interview was laid back as well. Go over the same thing and really want to know what you want out of this career. Be honest and don't bs your way through. They are professionals, they can see that stuff. After the interviews they will contact with a week. I interviewed on a Friday and got a callback the following Monday.
