Applied online and received email about 2 days later about scheduling a 1:1 interview. The email communication was very prompt and detailed, and told me exactly what to expect. Once i arrived at the interview i was given a three page skills assessment. It covered accounting terms, customer and computer Service knowledge. I did well on the computer service and customer service, but the accounting part was rather difficult for me, having not taken accounting since high school. I left a lot of answers blank on the accounting section and apparently that was a mistake. When my interviewer arrived she looked over my assessment and very kindly informed me that my lack of knowledge over accounting will likely prevent me from receiving a job offer due to this position most importantly focusing on explaining the accounting elements of their program. Had i know that, i would not have wasted my time, but the application said "experience with accounting OR IT systems" under requirements and i unfortunately misunderstood their meaning.
Overall straight forward and friendly/comfortable interview. Average questions about myself, my future, strengths and weakness, etc. Knowledge about company and their services/products expected at the interview, which is easily obtained from doing an hour or so of research. Very friendly people who are straight forward and honest with you from the start. Still a company i would apply at again and happily work for.
