I got a phone call from recruiter and she setup an interview with a senior engineer. One of the worst ever interviews i have ever attended. All the interviewer did is to ask only what she know rather than what you know. If you want to ask something else than what i have experience in then why will you even call for an interview. I wrote an email to HR and said never ever call me for interview nor i will apply for such a company who doesn't even respect person's experience. Worst company, worst pay and worst interview process. She once even said "You dont even know this at least". I said can i ask questions from my experience, let me see if you can answer.
