Such a joke. Submitted my resume and within a day got an email to set up a phone interview. When the interviewer called I could tell that she was either in a car or on the train, the reception was horrible and I could only understand about 1/2 of what she was saying. I told her I couldn’t hear her very well but in my opinion she just wanted to get the interview over with and didn’t really even care about my answers. I’m not sure why they set up the interview in the first place because I’m pretty sure her mind was made up before the interview even happened.

Very organized, and actually pretty fun! There were a few different stages, but everything was well organized and I felt as though everyone was sincerely interested in getting to know me and help me succeed.
