Had a great initial call with the recruiter. She was very nice and welcoming, and told me I was a great fit for the role and that she would get back to me about scheduling an interview. I then didn’t hear anything for nearly a month. I sent 2 follow up emails and got no response, but eventually got a template email telling me I was not considered for the position. Very unprofessional.

A series of 4 interviews. Recruiter, 2 panel interviews, VP interview with presentation. Very clear through the process, and kept on pace for the timeline just as they shared. Great experience and people.

Was a really long process with a lot of twists and turns. Enjoyed talking to everyone, some very smart people work at Lucid and that was what made me choose to accept the offer in the end.
