During the initial interview I explain my salary requirements, I was told it was within their standard limits for salary As it turns out, my yearly salary request was based a 2080 hour year, standard, their number was based off a 2496 hour year. Essentially, to make my number I would have had to put in 8 hours of OT a week. I didn't find out until I took off work to meet them for theb3fc interview. What a waste of time, honestly from any corporate entity essential. I would not recommend based on this interaction.
