I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Las Vegas, NV) in Nov 2025
Interview
First interview was very short and more of just an introduction. Recruiter mentioned the process is on the longer side and if you move on, you do go through quite a bit of interviews with different teams.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics
Interview
The interview process was extensive, spanning over two months and involving multiple stages, including a mock presentation and role playing exercises you can't really prepare for. While I appreciated the time and professionalism shown by most team members - who were consistently kind and supportive. There were notable shortcomings in the overall experience.
Communication after the final stages was particularly disappointing. Despite several follow ups, I did not receive any formal update or even a courtesy rejection from the recruiting team. For a process that required a significant investment of time and preparation, a simple acknowledgment like an email would have demonstrated respect for candidates time and efforts.
Additionally, one interview experience stood out negatively. The hiring manager appeared disengaged, ending the conversation prematurely and displaying a lack of attentiveness throughout the call. This contrasted with the otherwise positive interactions I had with other team members.
Given the level of effort required throughout the process, more consistent and transparent communication would significantly improve the experience. No final response reflects poorly on the organization’s professionalism and respect for that commitment.

Question 1
Can you tell me about a time you had to collaborate with other team members to close a deal?
This interview will have you create a whole presentation. Don't be fooled, this presentation is to brainstorm ideas on how they are going to move one of their products to market. It is a joke.
