Long, multi-faceted, and challenging. The interview ranges from general "get to know you" discussions to deep technical assessments. All of the sessions last at least 45 minutes, and there are 6 to 8 sessions in a typical interview day.

Interview questions are open ended and based on your resume and skills. They are catered to each individual.
Simple just asked a few questions about basic mechancial and electrical questions. This included some fundamental questions and some design questions. Overall quite easy and the people were very nice and welcoming.

Initial 3 hour technical interview. Took place in two very different parts, so I was not worn out by a constant barrage of questions. Would recommend researching how light dimmers work.
