First is a proctored test, second is usually with a manager, Last is about a 5-6 hour event with multiple members of the company with different roles within the company.

They focus on electrical circuit troubleshooting and also soft skills.
There will be an aptitude test first consisting of IQ questions related to mechanical and electrical engineering setting. Then a video interview with a manager. He will ask basic circuit analysis questions and networking related. Then a 5 hour long interview with a roleplay with customer, troubleshooting a problem, and HR related questions
