Lutron Electronics interview questions

The first-round interview lasted about an hour and included very little self-introduction or ice-breaking. It quickly transitioned into technical questions and focused heavily on assessing technical knowledge. The interviewer conducted the interview over the phone and appeared disengaged at times.

The interview was a one-hour technical interview with a mechanical engineer at Lutron. It was conversational but focused mostly on problem-solving and mechanical fundamentals.
