I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Luxoft (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in May 2023
Interview
It was a conversation with a more senior developer. He tried to convince me that I am not good at what I was doing. He asked difficult questions (edge cases of the programming language which you don't encounter in real life situations). I decided to stop the interview after first 10 minutes because of his passive-aggressive attitude.

Question 1
Q1: What is the purpose of the transient keyword in Java, and in what scenarios would you use it? Q2: Can a Java class be both abstract and final? Why or why not? Q3:What is the purpose of the ClassLoader in Java, and how does it contribute to dynamic class loading?
As a first stage of the recruitment process I had to complete a java coderbyte test in one hour. The test was not difficult.
I never heard back from them.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Luxoft in Aug 2024
Interview
First time I applied I got called from one of the recruiters. We talked on the phone about experience related subjects, salary, etc. All normal there. At the end, the recruiter told me that right after the call I will be receiving an online assessment to complete. I never received the assessment invatation. A few months later applied again for another open position. Same experience with the recruiter call (this time was another recruiter), except this time I got the assessment invitation. I get to do the assessment, where I have got pretty much the maximum score possible, and then silence. No feedback, no rejection, nothing.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Luxoft (Belgrade, Central Serbia) in May 2024
Interview
Firstly there was classic HR interview where they introduced me to their company, benefits bla bla.
After that the technical interview was shcheduled in like 5 days (dont exactly remember), I applied for the whole process online, and all of the interviews were online.
Technical interview was with Indian guy (whoose english was not perfect btw.). Question were ussual questions from field of Java+Spring, Design patterns, Data structures, Security etc.
There was also small part of live coding with some easy assignment.
I got a feedback few days after it, that interviewer gave my all good grades (except English in my opinion, where he gave me B1 i think), but the managemnt staff decided to go further with other candidates.
