This was the most interesting/unique interview process I have ever been apart of. Overall
(in the course of one day) it was a 3 part interview process. Lyft was overly communicative, and I felt extremely prepared and 100% comfortable with the interview process. After arriving and getting a general presentation/overview of the company and culture of Lyft by a valued employee, we were all walked into a large communal style room. Each potential employee was matched up with two current employees of a relatable position, and interviewed by each simultaneously. The unique part about this was that everyone was sat at a community style long table, with potential employees on one side, and current employees on the other. Everyone was being interviewed at the same time--it made the environment very approachable and comfortable. After that, I was asked to go do a role playing activity including a live "customer" complaint phone call, while another Lyft rep sat in on the call (speaker phone) and took notes on my responses. Lastly, the person that would be my direct superior within the company interviewed me. This was more of a traditional interview, with more basic questions.
