Applied online, then I received an email from Kelly to schedule a phone interview within two weeks. My first phone interview was with Caleb and was about 10-15 minutes long. Next was the group/speed dating interview, which was nice because you get to meet more of the people who work there. Then, you do a fake email to see how well you communicate, if you use proper grammar, etc. The next interview was about a week later. It was two fake phone calls. I was very nervous about this one, but it wasn't bad at all. Anna Grace gave me a lot of helpful information beforehand and was very kind and supportive. After the phone calls, I had another interview with the social media team lead, Christopher. Finally I had a 15-minute interview with the customer experience team lead, Chelsea and was called with an offer the next day. It's kind of a long process, but I love that they included tests because sometimes it's easier to show what you're good at instead of just talking about it. The multiple interviews are also helpful because I tend to get nervous, but it's less intimidating each time!
