Interview
First a phone interview, which went GREAT! Then the in-person group interview, which also went well, then three 10-minute individual interviews, all of which seemed to go well. Then back to a conference room, where we answered a hypothetical email. I came away feeling like I had the job - my qualifications and work history are beyond reproach...I just this gnawing doubt, though. In the ENTIRE building, there was NO ONE over 40! Probably not even past 35. Sure enough, I didn't get the job. I have a suspicion there's some age discrimination going on there (no pictures of anyone past 40 on their website either - apart from drivers), but life's too short to file a lawsuit...maybe. Seems to be a great company with a major flaw.

The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

Interview
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
