Interview
All the recruiters were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. I was kept up to date and received prompt, personalized e-mail communication with regard to my application status. There were multiple interviews during the whole process with a variety of team members.
I applied as an out of state candidate. It began with a 15 minute phone interview, then a follow up interview in person, which actually involves three "mini" interviews with various members of the team.
The second round of interviews involves a brief conversation with another team member, then some "test calls" to role play customer service scenarios. I then met with a team lead to finish out the day.
The last interview was a 15 minute phone interview with another team lead.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Paraphrasing: tell me about a time when you had to act very quickly to make a decision about a problem. What was the situation and what did you do? The other interview questions were more general questions about how I approach my work, problem solving strategies, and organize my time. They also ask many questions designed to gauge cultural fit and to find out what generated your interest in the company.
The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

Interview
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
