I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN) in Jul 2017
Interview
I was sent an email with a customer service scenario to reply back to, then moved on to an in person at the office in Nashville. Once there, a short presentation was given, an interview with two team members in the kitchen with other interviews happening concurrently. Then moved on to a 1 on 1 with another team member where I was tasked with handling an upset customer over the phone. After that, a 1 on 1 conversation with a team leader. This wasn't their usual process but seemed to flow really well.

The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

Interview
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
