After talking to LYB at my campus recruiting event, I received an interview for sometime soon after. There were various STAR-method questions that interviewer had to ask in his paperwork, but the majority of the time was taken up with conversation. Many of my coworkers had the same experience, though some had interviews as short as 15 minutes while mine was an nearly 90 minutes long.

Attended information sessions, applied through their website, attended an on-campus interview, then heard nothing afterwards. The interview was on 1-1 interview in which they asked all behavioral questions. There were a lot of questions, so a lot of them were really similar. To prep, I would recommend thinking of stories which can relate to these types of questions.

I applied through my university's online system. I received a call a few days before to schedule the interview. The interview lasted about 40 minutes. All of the questions were behavioral, some of them were quite specific. A friend who interviewed with the same person received different questions. My interviewer said they get back to you in a week.
