Had 3 individual interviews and 1 group interview. While the interview process was average to mildly difficult, the overall representation of the staff composition was a red flag. Even though Lyra claims to value diversity, when you look at the overall makeup of the clinical supervisors, approximately 90% are women and 35% are people of color. None of the men in the group were people of color. Also, most of the supervisors appear under the age of 40, early-to-mid careers. Interview questions often pertain to supervisees struggling to maintain fidelity to a model or some resistance to explore cultural issues. It seemed the supervisors are being hired to support the staff in using Lyra's blended-care model (what actually seems based on the description like old school care-management + therapy except you are adding technology modules) while also supporting the clinical work.
Straightforward! I only got through the phone screen & the hiring manager interview. Questions were expected, just not a great fit. Overall I thought they were professional and kind throughout.

Excellent experience! Efficient and fair. The process consisted of 4 interviews. My recruiter was great and walked me through each step. Everyone involved was highly communicative and extremely thoughtful about answering all of my questions.
