Quant, Psychometric test,Accounts Test, HR, Operations, Final. I was called for interview at 9am by consultancy firm. There were may people who came for interview at 9am. We waited for HR to start upto 10.30 am. When finally Hr came first written test Quantitative aptitude happened. This is elimination round with no negative marking. There is no elimination round in psychometric test. We finished both test by 12.30 and were asked to come back by 2.30. We all were back by 2.30. HR came only at 4pm to take Accounts test. It was elimination round and results were announced by 4.30. Few were interviewed by 7pm. We all kept waiting for our interview Operations round. Finally when we asked HR at 7.15. She asked us to wait more. and finally asked us to leave as it was time up. Till date there is no communication from HR regarding OPS round. I find this organisation extremely unprofessional who does not value people who come for interview.
