The interview process was fairly simple. It was three different interviews, one over the phone and two panel interview. My phone interview was with the hiring manager, my second interview with the team I would be working with, and my last interview was with the people I would be reporting to.

3 panel interview, they gave situational, behavior questions. Asked weaknesses, strengths, why you would be a good fit. Second round will be with whoever you will be supporting (doctor, director, executive, etc. )
