Interview
I had six interviews because I initially was interviewing for two different positions. I met with the associate director of the department, then three different managers, then 3 other APPs who currently worked there, and lastly two different physicians that I would be working with. Part of the first couple interviews was us deciding which position I would be best suited for. No clinical questions were asked. I was asked to answer situational questions.

To summarize, worst pay for APPs and no work life balance. Be prepared for a hazing work culture with a lot of micro aggressions unfortunately. I had high hopes due to my previous experience as an RN, however very different as an advanced practice provider.

Lengthy and takes weeks to know the final selection. Different departments will interview. The team was very professional and its the organization policy they follow beause they want best candidate
