I lived in another state when I interview so everything was done virtually. I have a phone interview was a recruiter at HR, who then scheduled a phone interview with the Hiring Manager. After my phone interview with the Hiring Manager, I had a skype interview with my PI.

Very casual and welcoming. I first had a phone interview, then an in person interview where I met all of the staff I'd be working with. It was very relaxed. I had the experience that they were looking for, and I was offered the job after the second interview.
