I applied online and received a phone call on the same day from their talent acquisition team member. They went through the job description with me and asked some brief screening questions for about 20 minutes.
About 4 days later, a more senior member of talent acquisition team phoned me to schedule another screening phone call. They called when I was in a noisy place and so were happy to reschedule the call. The second screening call was 30 minutes long and the recruiter was polite. However there was no updates or follow-up - at least not until I phoned up the same number that rang me for the second screening that they sent a default email from the ATS to say that I was unsuccessful in this application.
I thought they were very organised throughout the process but was quite disappointed about the lack of response toward the end. I think candidates deserve to have an update of their application, even if it is a generic email from the company.
