Macy's Supervisor interview questions

I was first interviewed by a manager, who then brought in a director, and then an HR person. A tentative offer was made and I was asked to do a drug screening test. They called me back about a week later to offer me the job and to come in for a brief training session.

You get 3 interviews. One with your direct directors and then 2 more with other managing directors of other departments. This is all after you get approved / kiss your managers butt for a few months.
