The process begins with a self-recorded video interview where you're asked questions on your computer screen. You then have about 30s to plan your response and about 2m to answer. The n=interview as I recall it was about 30 minutes of questions. Then, you get brought in to talk to HR. Then they pass you off to the team, who pass you amongst each other to interview you individually. Everyone is very nice once you get past the impersonal self-recorded interview.
