Recruiter reached out for an interview. I gave my availability and did not hear back from the recruiter. I followed up and asked about a time we could interview and for accommodations regarding the interview. I was told that the hiring manager was not proceeding with my application despite getting an interview offer and not being scheduled for one. It is a waste of my time as the applicant to prepare for an interview and give availability when the recruiting team does not even have the courtesy to respond within a reasonable time frame.
