The interview process was fairly quick. Aftera week of my application I got a phone interview. A week later I got a face to face interview. They told me that I'd get an answer in two weeks but it took a day to get an answer.

I had one interview with the associate manager. Went to the office and the interview lasted about 45 minutes. Very friendly and positive. You could really care the associate manager cared about your personality, skills, and connection.

general review of previous employers and then sample case studies with written answers to be provided. usually 2 person panel. be prepared with examples of a good case resolution and a bad case situation. know that people can be at work with an illness ~ illness or heath concern does not suggest a complete disability from being at work.
