Interview
The HR interview was a basic behavioural interview which moved onto three more interviews with the hiring manager and other leaders, again behavioural type questions. There was a skills test as well as a personality test which took about an hour.
Couple 2 rounds or so and final with department head. Was alright but the review process was very slow. Might be due to the period. But ultimately still was not offered.
3 interviews, engaging conversations with transparent answers. I felt that the people were authentic and genuine in sharing their experiences with the organization. And I was grateful to have met a wide variety of people to help me make a better educated decision.

Interview
I really looked up to this brand for it's global culture. After 6 rounds of interviews and calls for a Director-level position they rejected my candidature (which is completely ok). When asked for a call/feedback as to why the rejection, I received no response from the HR personnel, nor the hiring manager.
