Interview
Recruiter came to the Career fair and I bypassed the phone interview straight to in-person. Very smooth process in front of 3 architects that made me feel right at home.
Phone interview with basic screening questions. Simple Teams call with no cameras. Aftewards she stated she would send my resume to the specific team that was hiring. About a week later I was sent a standard cookie-cutter rejection email.

1. Recruiter 2. Manager 3. Host. All were very good and positive. The interviews were very kind and I had a great experience. first interview was the easiest, 2nd was calm and 3rd was the most intense (but not terrible) had 2 people in that interview
